Description

1ml of deoxynucleotide (dNTP) mix is an equimolar solution of 10 mM of each dATP, dGTP, dCTP and dTTP. The product is >99% pure as judged by HPLC and free from detectable DNAse, RNase and phosphatase activity. The product is suitable for PCR, cDNA library construction, polishing of the DNA ends and other cloning experiments. Our dNTPs are formulated for stability during ambient temperature shipping and is stable for 1 week at 37oC. However, the product is shipped in blue ice.
