Description

Our First Strand Kit provide a rapid and convenient procedure for efficient cDNA synthesis from total RNA/mRNA for use in gene expression assays, cDNA library construction and cloning. The kit contains 5x FS buffer, RNAse Inhibitor, oligodT, random primer, dNTP mix and MMLV reverse transcriptase. The first strand synthesis is performed at 42oC.
