Product Returns

Returns are only accepted for unopened items. Opened products are not eligible. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. We are not responsible for items that are lost, stolen, damaged, or destroyed after delivery.

Shipping and Availability

After receiving your product, store it according to the included data sheet. Avoid direct sunlight and heat exposure.

Occasionally, products may be out of stock. In such cases, our team will inform you of the backorder status. If you prefer not to wait, you may cancel the order and receive a full refund.

Orders are shipped to the billing address of the credit card used. If placed during business hours, they are processed the same day. Otherwise, they are handled the next business day. Certain items may require additional processing time, and we will inform you accordingly. All deliveries require a signature upon receipt.

All prices on the Site are valid at the time of purchase. Rx Biosciences reserves the right to revise pricing at any time without notice. Prices for services are based on individual quotes.
