Conventional Monoclonal Antibody Production

Rx Biosciences provides conventional monoclonal antibody production services using the well-established Kohler and Milstein technique. With more than 10 years of industry experience, we assist clients in the design and expression of antigens. Over time, our team has produced numerous antibodies for customers in academic research and the biopharmaceutical industry.

Our Approach

To ensure flexibility and precision, Rx Biosciences offers multiple options for monoclonal antibody development. The core service includes immunizing mice, performing hybridoma fusion, and conducting screening and cloning procedures. In addition, we adapt hybridoma cells to cloning supplement-free media and scale up the production of lead candidates.

The custom antibody generation workflow consists of the following steps:

  • Stage I: Immunization of 5 mice (21/2 weeks)

Stage II: Fusion, screening, and selection of positive hybridomas (2 weeks)

Stage III: Cloning to establish a stable hybridoma cell line (2 weeks)

Stage IV: Adaptation to cloning supplement-free media (1 week)

Stage V: – Scale-up and purification of lead candidates (1 week)

Each stage is optional. Therefore, clients may choose individual services that best match their needs. Moreover, we offer consultation and scientific input at every step to ensure optimal outcomes.

Ultimately, our team is committed to supporting your antibody development goals with a truly custom solution. Whether your focus is academic research or commercial development, Rx Biosciences delivers a reliable and effective platform for antibody production.
