Advanced Library Screening Services

We offer custom library screening services using either our ready-to-screen libraries or a library specifically prepared for your project. To ensure optimal target engagement, we use whole cells, nanodiscs, and recombinant proteins as screening targets. After selection, we validate the final isolated clones using ELISA, Biacore, and flow cytometry.

Additionally, Rx Biosciences provides a novel combinatorial screening service. In this process, we first screen a high-complexity mRNA display library. Then, we rapidly convert the resulting mRNA into a phage or yeast display library. This two-step method leads to the identification of high-affinity antibodies, streamlining discovery for advanced applications.
