Rx Biosciences offers a wide range of antibody services, including traditional polyclonal and monoclonal antibody production and cutting-edge in-silico-designed and engineered antibody libraries. Our expertise extends to preparing human, mouse, chicken, rabbit, llama, and camelid antibody libraries in various display formats such as phage display, yeast display, ribosome display, and mRNA display.
Our custom libraries include scFv, Fab, Chimeric, vHH, Nanobody, and Shark IgNAR V formats, providing diverse options to suit your research needs. We also accept custom supplied vectors for library construction.
We prepare llama and camelid conventional IgG1 and IgG2 antibody libraries as well as vHH library for our clients.
We offer custom library screening services using one of our ready-to-screen libraries or with a custom prepared library. The whole cells, nanodiscs and recombinant proteins are used as targets. The final isolated clones are validated by ELISA, Biacore and flowcytometry.
Rx Biosciences also offers a novel combinatorial screening service in which first a high complexity mRNA display library is screened. The mRNA obtained after the screening of first library is quickly converted to phage or yeast display library and screened resulting in high affinity antibodies at the end.
