Readymade scFv Monoclonal Antibody Libraries

Rx Biosciences has an array of scFv libraries from human, mouse, chicken and shark.  The libraries have been prepared in 4 different proprietary vectors which are (i) pRxPV1 (ii) pRxPV2 (iii) pRxPV3 and (iv) RxYD1. First three vectors are phagemid vector and differ in linker sequence, Amber codon, His tag and elements required for solubility and localization.

Features:

  • The linker sequences present in all libraries have been codon optimized for best expression in bacterial, yeast and mammalian systems. The entire CDR3 of the Shark library (IgNAR V) is optimized for expression in bacteria as well as mammalian system.
  • IgNAR V library prepared from shark belongs to a group of small antibodies (nanobody), and it contains randomized CDR3 with respect to sequence and length. During randomization, the occurrence of new cysteine amino acids is brought to minimum.
  • The libraries prepared from non-immunized animals represent starting material from minimum of 25 different individuals to have significant diversity in the libraries.
  • The purchaser of the library owns the license to use and does not have to pay any royalty afterwards, however, the redistribution of the library is protected by MTA.
  • The lead time for the delivery of the libraries is 3 to 5 week which is require for ligation and QC of cDNA as Rx Biosciences does not re-amplify pre-existing libraries.
  • All libraries are supported by sequencing on a next generation sequencing platform.
